You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base that includes local businesses, developers and investors.

The role will involve:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Lease negotiations and renewals

• Development work and secured lending transactions

• Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients

You will have:

• 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience)

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• The ability to manage files independently
