An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis.\n\nMy clients commercial property team are recognised as one of the most experienced, agile and knowledgeable teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-value transactions and providing our clients with comprehensive, collaborative and innovative support and expertise.\n\nThe team advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including:\n\n• acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner occupation);\n• landlord and tenant and estate/asset management;\n• commercial and residential development;\n• planning and infrastructure;\n• finance, distressed market and debt restructuring;\n• construction;\n• holding and funding structures;\n• property tax;\n• property litigation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Managing a full caseload of matters\n• Supervising junior team members\n• Supporting the wider team and business objectives.\n• Solid understanding of commercial property and experience across a wide range of matters.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE.\n• Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.\n• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.\n• Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships\n\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.\n\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
