• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students in areas such as product design, resistant materials, or graphics
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for hands-on learning
• The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching
