Electrical Building Services Engineer

A leading Building Services organisation have an urgent requirement for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their stable, progressive and award winning business.\nIn the main, you will conduct planned and preventative maintenance of electrical services as well as reactive repairs and upgrades primarily on a site in Derby. You will also be mobile on the rare occasion and conduct the same services at other locations in the East Midlands when required.\nYou will complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements, completing and documenting check sheets and reports for each PPM task, including daily and weekly system checks.\nCandidates sought will ideally have technical knowledge of critical environments power, H&V systems, fire alarm works and emergency lighting etc.\nQualified Engineers might have City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS(Apply online only)/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualifications, these are desirable, but not essential and proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a mobile or static building services electrical role with a desire to become mobile is highly sought.\nCandidates applying must have strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial electrical systems, be a clear communicator and have good customer service / facing skills.\nNaturally for this role, we seek those who are happy to work well independently and who can manage their time effectively.\nShould you have this kind of background and experience and want to join an incredbly stable and respected company, please apply now for immediate consideration
