INTERNALS MANAGER / FINISHING MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM\n\nA leading main contractor with a strong presence across the Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Internals Manager / Finishing Manager to support the delivery of a major high-rise residential and mixed-use development in Birmingham.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded business delivering complex, large-scale schemes across residential, commercial and regeneration sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the internal fit-out and finishing phases, ensuring exceptional quality standards and programme targets are achieved.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Managing all internal packages from 1st fix through to final handover\n• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works progress in line with programme\n• Monitoring quality standards and managing snagging processes\n• Driving health & safety compliance across all internal works\n• Conducting inspections and ensuring high-quality finishes throughout\n• Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors daily\n• Managing apartment and communal area completions\n• Supporting client inspections, handovers and defect management\n\nRequirements:\n• Proven experience as an Internals Manager, Finishing Manager or Fit Out Manager\n• Previous experience on high-rise residential, student accommodation or mixed-use developments\n• Strong organisational and coordination skills\n• Excellent eye for detail and quality assurance\n• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications\n• Ability to manage fast-paced internal programmes and multiple trades
