Mechanical / Electrical Fitters – Short Term Contract\n£350 per day | 3 Week Project | Start 5th of May\n\nWe are currently looking for 3x Mechanical / Electrical Fitters for a short-term contract on a wastewater treatment facility project.\n\nThis is a hands-on industrial role, suited to experienced operatives comfortable working in demanding site conditions.\n\nRole Overview\n\n * Dismantling and stripping out mechanical equipment\n\n * Work focused on:\n\n * Exhaust systems\n\n * Cooler banks\n\n * Working on older plant machinery (approx. 20 years old)\n\nThis is a heavy-duty strip-out role, not a clean installation environment.\n\nWorking Environment\n\n * Industrial wastewater treatment site\n\n * Exposure to:\n\n * Oil, grime, and corrosion\n\n * Confined and awkward working areas\n\n * Physically demanding work\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience in mechanical fitting / industrial strip-out work\n\n * Background in:\n\n * Water treatment / utilities OR\n\n * Heavy industrial environments\n\n * Must be comfortable with dirty, hands-on work\n\n * Valid EUSR Water Hygiene Card (essential)\n\n * Valid CSCS or relevant site card (essential)\n\n * IPAF (essential)\n\n * Clean shaven - Face Fit test to be carried out on site.\n\nContract Details\n\n * Start Date: 18th May 26\n\n * Duration: 3 weeks\n\n * Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30\n\n * Pay Rate: £350 per day\n\nPlease note: There are scheduled site closure days during the project.\n\nAdditional Info\n\n * Site-specific inductions (water passports) will be provided\n\n * Strict adherence to health & safety procedures is required at all time
