Mechanical Supervisor\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a large scale commercial construction project. The successful candidate will oversee day to day mechanical site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in mechanical building services within commercial construction environments.\n\nMechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities\n\n * Supervise mechanical installation works including HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and ventilation systems\n\n * Coordinate and manage mechanical subcontractors and site operatives\n\n * Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and project programme\n\n * Monitor productivity and maintain high quality workmanship on site\n\n * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures\n\n * Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery\n\n * Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handovers\n\n * Identify and resolve site issues proactively\n\nMechanical Supervisor Requirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial construction projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Excellent organisational and communication skills\n\n * SSSTS/SMSTS certification preferred\n\n * Valid CSCS card required\n\n * Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures\n\nTo apply\n\nPlease upload your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Supervisor position
