This is a role for a Home Manager who believes that culture is everything.

That the way a team feels about coming to work shows up in every interaction with every resident. That standards aren't maintained by policies they're maintained by people who care.

A well-regarded, purpose-built nursing home in Shoreham by Sea is looking for exactly that kind of leader.

The home covers Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite Care across 75 en-suite rooms. The culture is warm, the team is established, and the residents and families already feel it.

Your job is to protect that and build on it.

This is for you if:

• You have 2+ years experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role
• Youre NMC Qualified
• You lead from the floor, not from behind a desk
• You build teams that stay and know how to bring the best out of people
• You balance compassion with compliance and never lose sight of either
• You understand the commercial side occupancy, budgets, private market
• You have a strong working knowledge of CQC requirements
• Nurse or non-nurse applications welcome
