Prestige Vehicle Finance | Leeds & Knaresborough

£60,000 OTE | Monday–Friday

Oracle Car Finance is the UK’s leading broker for prestige, sports, and classic vehicles. With over 20 years of success, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team, working between Leeds and our Head Office in Knaresborough.


What you'll do:

  • Support Sales Management with the day‑to‑day running of the department
  • Help the management team achieve departmental sales targets and KPIs
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Account Managers to maximise performance
  • Use 1‑to‑1s, call coaching, and performance metrics to drive consistent results
  • Ensure outstanding customer service to promote repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain adherence to company standards and FCA policies and procedures
  • Ensure Account Managers follow the Oracle sales process
  • Promote and embed Oracle’s vision and values within your team


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within a call centre, contact centre, automotive, or FCA‑regulated sales environment
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales teams against targets
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, quality measures, and structured sales frameworks
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset and commitment to high service standards
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills
  • Positive, professional, and results‑oriented approach
  • An interest in the automotive sector and consultative sales

  • A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
