A unique opportunity has emerged within M4 as we launch a brand‑new, forward‑thinking Senior Business Manager position within our North Territory. This role is a key part of our innovative growth and expansion strategy, giving you the chance to influence, shape and lead from day one.\nWe are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader with a high‑energy approach to sales and operational excellence. This position combines strategic leadership, hands‑on client management, and managing an existing portfolio of Managers & Accounts whilst also building personal billings portfolio, empowering you to make a tangible impact across the region.\nThis is purely a sales and service role — all recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities are handled by our Talent team.

Provide resolution for escalated service issues.\n * \n Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on both sales and service quality.\n * \n Oversee workload distribution, ensuring efficient cover is available for planned and unplanned absence to answer client queries, and deliver service commitments.\n * \n Manage a personal portfolio of key clients, conduct regular review meetings, share performance insights, and identify opportunities to enhance service value.\n * \n Support the wider business development strategy by contributing insights, identifying prospects, and participating in targeted sales activity.\n * \n Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure proposals, pricing, and service commitments align with operational capability.\nExcited by this role?
