Senior Property Accountant / Property Client Accounting Manager – Birmingham – Up to £55,000\n\nWe are currently hiring for either a Senior Property Accountant or Property Client Accounting Manager to join a growing and well-established business based in Birmingham. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong background in property finance who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and improving processes within a supportive team environment.\n\nThe successful Senior Property Accountant / Property Client Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and overseeing the production of accurate financial reporting, service charge accounting and year-end processes. There is also scope to support and mentor more junior members of the team depending on experience.\n\nThis role would suit someone who enjoys property accounting, is commercially aware, and wants to be part of a business continuing to grow.\n\nIdeally you will:\n\n * Have experience working as a Senior Property Accountant, Property Client Accountant or Property Client Accounting Manager\n\n * Have strong experience of reporting including income/expenditure reports, working with budgets\n\n * Have experience of handovers (not required but a nice to have)\n\n * Have some experience in service charge accounting\n\n * Be comfortable managing client relationships and dealing with stakeholders directly\n\nIn return you will:\n\n * Join a friendly, stable and growing business with supportive senior leadership.\n\n * Have a good level of autonomy within your role\n\n * Receive a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience along with other great company perks!\n\n * Work within a central Birmingham location with good transport links\n\nThis is a genuinely nice opportunity for someone looking for a long-term move within a business that values its people and offers a supportive working environment.\n\nIf you’d like to find out more, please apply as interviews will take place next week
