You’ll take your patch and turn it into a Monster stronghold, driving range, space, availability, visibility and activation across the independent convenience channel.


The role

You’ll run your area like your own business; spotting opportunities, building relationships and delivering against clear targets.


  • Expanding distribution
  • Increasing facings, product mix and cold availability
  • Creating standout in-store execution with POS and secondary displays
  • Bringing promotions to life to drive rate of sale
  • Influencing and training distributor partner sales teams
  • Feeding back real-time market insight
  • Managing activity and reporting in line with company standards
