Job Introduction                  \n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Trainee CUPRA Sales Specialist to join our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry.\n\nThe hours of work operate on a 2 week rota, rotating between Monday to Friday with the weekend off and Monday to Sunday with a day off in the week. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.\n\nBasic salary £24,000 plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £34,000 \n\nAs a CUPRA Specialist with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit.

From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\nDelivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience, you will be able to highlight the key features and benefits of CUPRA products, and tailor the sales experience for the customer, through to post-sale care driving customer loyalty and retention.\nBeing responsible for generating sales leads and prospects for new and used CUPRA vehicles, you will increase brand awareness to achieve both new and used sales targets.\nSourcing quality pre-owned CUPRA products from multiple sources.
